The main purpose of this project is to relate economic empowerment and livelihood with gender. A project to support and empower women to be decision-makers at the family and society level.  To support women to be independent economically and create their own income. Their role will be demonstrated through their strengthening in participation in the marketing system as a first stage through concerted efforts within the family and within the community. Women's main challenges will be discussed and find solutions through advocacies with the local and national government such as land leasing agreements for women in agriculture, enhancing women's entry into markets, and reduction of care burden for women in these six project locations.
