Alqosh, Tilkef – Ninewa

Marina Nasib Toma 29 years old

Marina, she is a widow, taking care of two of her sons, the younger on is 13 years old and the other 15 years old. Her husband been killed by groups of terrorist in Baghdad, in 2009. She has threatened by the same groups to leave Baghdad because they are Christian. She obliged to leave Baghdad and to be IDP in Tisisqof, Tilkef District with her sons on 2010 to live close to her relatives……

On August 2014, when the ISIS fitters been closed to Tiliskof, they run from the  area to Alqosh. And she is living in rent house in the city of Alqosh.

 Both of her sons are student and the have many needs. They have no any income. It’s a poor family and the most vulnerable…

On November 13th Sewan protection teams had a visit to the family to assess the situation. And they decided to have NFI, to her and her sons….

On November 14th Sewan protection tem had a package of three sets of Clothes, shoes, teeth brush and past, three blankets and household materials that Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation provides Sewan org with…

Marina was so happy because she and her sons got enough clothes for winter and she has many thanks for Bring Hope organization and Sewan staff.

Marina “Many thanks for Bring Hope, and Sewan that they have the material to my family”

Martina “I have many responsibilities, and I have no income because of that I can’t manage and provide all of my family needs”

Marina was talking about their needs, and asking for more intervention from humanitarian workers.

Marina “we have many needs, if Bring hope can provide more material such as more blankets we will be so thankful for that”
